Salary++ · Earned Wage Access

Earned wages. When life needs them.

Salary++ helps eligible frontline workers access a portion of wages they have already earned before the scheduled payday, responsibly connected to verified attendance and payroll.

A simple principle

The wages you’ve already earned. Available now, not on the 1st.

Salary++ is designed around completed work. It uses dependable attendance and payroll records to make an eligible portion of accrued wages available under the employer’s programme terms.

Workers can access up to 50% of net accrued wages. A flat fee applies to every withdrawal, and the total is settled on payday, when eligibility resets.

How Salary++ works

From attendance to access in four connected steps

Work is recorded

Verified attendance and approved work records establish the wage already earned.

Eligibility is calculated

The programme applies employer-defined eligibility, access limits and frequency.

The worker requests access

An eligible worker requests an available portion of earned wages before payday.

Payroll reconciles

The accessed amount is reflected through the regular payroll process.

Designed responsibly

A payroll-linked benefit, built on wages already earned

Salary++ is designed as Earned Wage Access: workers reach wages they have already earned, and the amount is recovered through regular payroll.

The Reserve Bank of India regulates digital lending by banks and NBFCs under its Digital Lending Directions, 2025.1 Programme structure matters, so we suggest your own legal or compliance adviser reviews the design for your organisation.

Responsible by design

Clear rules protect the programme and the worker

  • Live shift data, not old payroll. Eligibility runs off real-time verified attendance, not a previous payroll cycle.
  • Eligible wages only. Access is limited to wages already earned from approved work records.
  • Employer-defined terms. Eligibility, limits and frequency follow each employer programme.
  • Payroll connected. Every withdrawal is reconciled through regular payroll for a clear record.
  • Statutory deductions preserved. PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and minimum wage floors stay intact.

Powered by the wider ecosystem

Salary++ is the benefit workers feel.
sambal.work is the infrastructure behind it.

Time and attendance, HRIS, payroll, verification, access control and CLMS create the dependable workforce data that makes Salary++ possible at scale.
